We stayed for 4 night and liked our stay. Staff was helpful and amiable, tried to answer all questions. Without doubt the location was amazing and incredible in center of Rome

the location was best possible and brilliant, relatively close to an open-air market. it was located in a tourist area and near everything.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with well-stocked kitchen amenities. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The location of the apartment was key, with easy access to nearby attractions and the metro station. the host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing a bottle of wine and fresh fruit upon arrival.

The noise from the cafe, restaurant, and wine bar at the corner of the building was quite loud when they closed up. There was some confusion and stress as the lady who showed us around booked a transfer back to the airport without our request, causing us to take the wrong taxi instead of the prearranged one.

The location of this apartment was perfect for exploring the city, as it was in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of all the major city sights. the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-decorated. the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms had great water pressure and hot water. the hosts were very friendly and provided excellent service, even gifting us a bottle of wine upon arrival.

One minor issue was a miscommunication regarding the payment method of the airport shuttle service. We were informed that credit cards were accepted, but upon arrival, we discovered they were not.

I had a fantastic stay at the App Condotti Luxury Apartment. The rooms were extremely spacious and each had their own bathroom, which was a great convenience. The apartment was well equipped with everything I needed and the location was perfect. I also appreciated the little touches like the wine, water, and fruit provided upon arrival. I highly recommend this apartment.

Honestly, there was nothing major that I didn't like about my stay. If I had to mention something, I noticed a few damaged tiles on the floor and a bit of loose handle in one of the bathrooms, but these were minor issues and didn't affect my overall experience.

The central location is great for Italian shopping. It's like having the entire fashion world at your fingertips, just a stone's throw away from the apartment.

This apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! The decor was super modern and clean, and the space was incredibly spacious. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bonus room with a pullout couch, there was plenty of room for our family of five. The location was jaw-dropping, right on a well-known street and near the popular Spanish Steps. The convenience of the Spagna Metro and a supermarket just a block away made it even better. Our host, Veronica, was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even providing a bottle of wine, water. The apartment was secure and had great air conditioning. Bonus points for the full-service hair salon just below the apartment. We are so grateful to have found this fabulous apartment and will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay - a cozy seating area, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a TV to unwind after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom was clean and had a hairdryer, which was a nice touch. As a solo traveler, I felt right at home.

The only downside was that the bathroom had a bath instead of a shower. But hey, some people might enjoy a relaxing soak, so it's just my personal preference.
